Every morning we would wake up with the shiny face of a girl called Danny, she was just spectacular. Actually, everybody that worked in Vila Arte was very kind. It's a small hotel so personal without being pushy or in your face. What need I say more, we had a great time!

The hotel is very nice small boutique hotel. Nice good bed , badroom. Wifi is provided foc and the breakfast is good.
The location is not really great. Walking to the center in 15 minutes. But the hotel is placed on a busy road so there is a bit noise - also of the trams driving by.....

During my two-week stay, this place exceeded all my expectations. The location in a quiet area was perfect, as it allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel staff was very helpful and provided excellent service throughout my entire visit. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a dressing area. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the in-room safe provided added security for my belongings. Additionally, the room had a flat-screen TV and a comfortable carpeted floor, creating a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere. The dining experience was also delightful, with a wide selection of food options and attentive service.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The staff were excellent - extremely friendly, professional and helpful - they made our stay in Bucharest most enjoyable. I'd highly recommend the hotel.
The shower in our room was a little awkward to use, as it was in a confined space, and the location was in a slightly edgy part of town

The hotel is located in an area that isn't particularly interesting, but there are grocery shops within walking distance of the old town. the room was nicely decorated with ample wardrobe space and a well-stocked mini bar. the bathroom was modern and clean, with plenty of amenities and the breakfast was tasty.
The air conditioning was not working properly and it was extremely hot in the room.

I liked everything : the staff, the room, cleaness, design, breakfast....The receptionist ( Lucia i think that it s her name) was very, very kind .She assist us with whateverwe needed - we asked her if they can wait us with the breakfast until 10.30 ( normally - it should be ended at 10) and it wasn't any problem...The breakfast was very nice also ; with omlette, appetizers, yougourt, water , natural juice, toast.......The hotel it is very , very elegant. If it will cost a little cheaper , it would be absolutely great.

Had a great experience over Easter at this hotel. Rooms were really comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the modern decor and the fact that there was a good selection of tea and coffee provided in the room. the hotel is located close to some great restaurants and bars, making it the perfect location for a night out.
The bathroom had a few safety issues that could be improved on, especially for older guests. the shower was a bit slippery, and the sloping wall made it impossible to stand upright.

Spent my Xmas break at a lovely boutique hotel. The breakfast was always tasty, fresh, and plentiful. The Wi-Fi was fast enough without any interruption plus the staff were always ready to help with any inquiries. The hotel was located just a few minutes' walk from the city center and had easy access to lots of restaurants and historic sights.
The hotel room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke even though I had booked a non-smoking room. The issue was promptly addressed by the staff but the cigarette smell lingered every time I entered my room.
